Mission

To provide Latvia’s population with high quality, original cheeses made from milk produced by Latvian farms and using natural ingredients and manual work.

Vision

The most perspective enterprise in the dairy sector which regularly, i.e. at least once a year, offers its consumers new cheese recipes thus expanding the menu of cheese gourmets.

Values

• "Trikātas siers" is a product of Latvian farmers – in production, milk from Latvia's farms is used, and the enterprise is owned by farmers themselves, thus the cheese produced at the factory is a genuine farmers' product.
   
• Hand made – it can be said with conviction that at Trikāta the cheese is produced by people and not machines.
   
• Quality – the high quality of products is ensured by the farm produced milk which undergoes strict control procedures and complies with the highest milk standards, as well as by the natural ingredients and a responsible attitude of the factory’s workers towards their tasks.
   
• Natural product – natural ingredients (farm produced milk, spices and additives) are used in the manufacturing process, which allows Trikāta to produce refined cheeses and healthy products satisfying all tastes.
   
• Cheese with high added value – production of cheese is based on a special recipe. Trikāta unwearyingly works to create cheeses using original and new recipes. The farm produced milk, natural ingredients and manual work allows each cheese to have special taste with various flavours, and to receive wide recognition among consumers.
